Description:
Seen from the following blog post:

I have noticed that LibreOffice will implamenting HSQLDB binary format import filter. But althrough LibO finished HSQL migration for odb documents, I suggest LibO should give a rights to users whose still want to use HSQLDB via connecting external HSQLDB engine, if this engine is connected, Base should not import HSQLDB binary data to Firebird format, and disable the filter for this driver.

Hello Tamás Bunth, do you have any idea for this?

Use of external data sources (including connections to HSQLDB) is not affected.

OK, So I suggest adding this notice into release notes to avoid confusion if this is landing in 6.1.
