O controle de imprimir testo em preto não funciona quando utiliza-se o tamanho do papel em A5.

Para reproduzir a falha :

1- Abrir o Libreoffice Writer
2 - Configurar o tamanho da página para A5 
3 - Escrever o texto qualquer
4 - Abrir dialógo de impressão ( CRTL + P) 
5 - Marcar flag "Imprimir Texto em preto" ( Propriedade da impressora com escala de cinza em SIM)
6 - Confirmar a impressão...


Ambiente :  Linux Opensuse Leap 42.3 KDE 5.8.7
            LibreOffice 5.4.5.1

What printer model are you using?
Please describe step 5 in more detail.
Please also test with LibreOffice version 6.0.4.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.

Erro de formato de arquivo em SAXParseException: '[word/document.xml line 2]: Attribute w:cstheme redefined ', Stream 'word/document.xml', Line 2, Column 34898(linha,coluna).
