Description:
Rendering of paragraph borders produces visual artifacts as well on screen, as on printed / exported documentss.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new writer document
2. navigate to dialog: Format -> Paragraph -> Borders
3. select all borders
4. set Width to 9pt
5. accept settings with OK and watch result

Actual Results:  
A 9pt wide border around the paragraph with the bottom left corner missing.

Expected Results:
A 9 pt wide border around the paragraph including the bottom left corner.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
Choice of the value 9pt in Steps 4. is arbitrary.
A huge value was chosen, to make the artifact easier to spot.

Side note: Taking the same steps LibreOffice Version 5.1.6.2 shipped with Ubuntu 16.04 produced different artifacts with all four corners missing.
