This is a follow up to Bug 41915, which I split into 2 reports. 

Currently the Name Box will Prefix a "_" when you enter a label that conflicts with an existing name. Instead we should go to that cell. This is what Gnumeric, Excel, and WPS Spreadsheet do. It will avoid confusion that silently adding a "_" introduces.
