LibO 6.0.4 RC2(x64) is built for Developer specification

Steps to Reproduce:
1. downloads 6.0.4.2 Files from dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86_64/


Actual Results:  
LibreOfficedev_6.0.4.2_Win_x64.msi

Expected Results:
LibreOffice_6.0.4.2_Win_x64.msi



Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

A release equivalent (not for developer) file is now available for download.
