Description:
Using View --> Toolbar Layout --> Notebookbar with Groupedbar Compact

Marking some text and pressing the underline button does nothing.

Underline button is working in all other toolbar layouts.

Tested on all New-Libreoffice versions (even alpha 6.1), Windows and Linux


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change toolbar layout to Notebookbar with Groupedbar Compact
2. Mark some text
3. Press UI button underline

Actual Results:  
nothing happens

Expected Results:
should underline the text


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Technically it's the same issue as in Bug 114077. Closing as duplicate.
