Hello,set the language settings in Tools/Options/Language settings/Languages https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Language_Setting_Options
Sorry not works! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KhI8V0r2myU&feature=youtu.be
Works, but not perfekt.
For what I could understand from the second video, the issue now is that some UI texts are not being displayed in English, rather than German - however, the dictionary and menus are correctly in German. @J. Schilte, if so, could you list the UI elements which are not responding to the language setting? Setting to NEEDINFO, please, move to NEW as soon as the informations are provided.

Ich melde mich wieder, wenn es möglich auf Englisch zu kommunizueren oder es möglich ist, in meiner Heimatsprache deutsch zu schreiben. Grüße Dallun511
