Screenshot of the error

The ordinal indicators (1st, 2nd, ...) and names (First, Second, ...) are not properly displayed in numbering preview in Bullets and Numbering dialog, Position and Customize tabs. In the case of names, a number (1, 2, ...) is displayed. In case of indicators, a dot is displayed after the number (thus, having "Separator After: ." by default, two dots are shown).

The linked bug 117171 is where the feature was added; the commits there were pushed 2018-05-03; thus only reproducible using later builds.
Comment 3 Mike Kaganski 2018-05-13 16:18:16 UTC
Both this and bug 117586 are the same issue (missing locale data in libnumbertext) - which is handled by pull request https://github.com/Numbertext/libnumbertext/pull/10.

Closing NOTOURBUG.
