That highlighted Media toolbar needs a tab equivalent

While there are already tabs for inserted images, and OLE objects, when a media file is inserted there is still no tab in the tabbed bar to migrate the actions present in the Media tab (highlighted in the image).

Please create a Media tab to replace this Media toolbar.

We should consider the maximal width of NB/toolbars. Your screen is large but some notebooks may run with 1024px. So not all toolbars can be realized per NB.

I would agree with that, but this is not a toolbar filled with options, and it in fact houses the last remaining icons that should be in the Notebookbar contextually (when selecting Media files).
