From the mailing list [1], maybe If a user chooses to use the NotebookBar in LibreOffice 6 some untranslated strings appear in Calc and Impress, at least when using the Basque (eu) interface. Apparently Write is not affected. I can't confirm now whether this happens in other languages too. As far as I can tell by checking Pootle, these are all common words that have been translated long ago, before the release: Font, Number, Alignment, Cells, Data, Slideshow, Slide, Insert, Draw Calc NotebookBar: https://ibin.co/w800/44FhWtijygcB.jpg Impress NotebookBar: https://ibin.co/w800/44FkFUmTBn3b.jpg [1] http://document-foundation-mail-archive.969070.n3.nabble.com/libreoffice-l10n-Untranslated-strings-in-LibreOffice-6-NotebookBar-a-least-in-Basque-tc4241396.html
I can't confirm for FR Version: 6.1.0.0.beta1, KeyID are there, and strings are translated in UI. Sophie
The problem is not present for EU in 6.1 beta either. It is present in 6.0.4 Sophi identified two of the faulty strings as 9HzEG and F7vQ2 in Pootle. Both appear as automatically translated (no author) 3 months ago, that's after 6.0 release but before 6.0.4, we remember/think that everything translatable was 100% translated on time for 6.0 release. I'm having trouble to find the KeyID language pack for 6.0.4 to identify the rest of faulty strings, is it only created for beta and alpha releases?
So let's close and reopen in case there are more missing strings. Wouldn't care too much about 6.0.x since the NB is definitely experimental there.
