Description:
Memory used for RTF paste is only released after document close

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NPXKo2nsfn9steLOw1AuWvZxQE21wT-n (bug 115757)
2. CTRL+A/ CTRL+C
3. In a New document: CTRL+SHIFT+V - Paste as RTF
4. Repeat step 3 (memory usage around 800 MB)

Actual Results:
High memory usage

Expected Results:
Memory usage should drop back at some point


Reproducible: Always

Result: Maxmium memory usage of 330 MB and LO becomes unresponsive for a while

So is this the expected result? Waht do you think, Telesto?

Lets close.. looks reasonably OK.. slowness more annoying
