Description:
Right after inserting the citation it crashes. This already happened a couple of times.

Actual Results:
It doesnt happen every time, so I can't reproduce it on purpose

Expected Results:
well sometimes as i stated earlier it crashes


Reproducible: Sometimes

Which Linux distrib do you use and which version?
Indeed, 5.1.6 is quite old and it's EOL version.
Please give a try to last stable LO version is 6.0.5.

Thank you very much for your quick response! As you recommended I installed LibreOffice 6.0.5 now.
My OS is Linux Mint 18.3

Let's put this one to WFM.

If you still reproduce this, try to attach the crashreport.
Ideally, we need a minimum step by step process to reproduce this.

Actually now with LibreOffice 6.0.5 it doesn't work anymore at all. After inserting a citation it doesn't stop formating/processing , so i guess i will need to open a new bug report, to not mix up the different issues?
Each time it doesn't throw a specific error.

Anyways I am forced to go back to LibreOffice 5.1.6 to keep on working.

Yep, it doesn't crash anymore so please create a new bugtracker to not mix symptoms.
