Description: Not sure how one offers compliments (orchids vs. onions). But really like the new icon sets: Karasa Jaga abd Colibre. However, on laptops Colibre tends to be a little bit bland, so harder to see. the UX Team needs to see this!! Thanks for the compliment.
Thanks for the great feedback. Colibre use the colors from MS icon guideline. but maybe I can make the icons a bit darker will check.
Elmar, it's really heart warming to see such a compliment. If you want to offer thanks in any other way to the contributor responsible for the Colibre icon, he has a Patreon account in the following link: https://www.patreon.com/user/overview?u=10071325 Rizal, which developed Karasa Jaga, still doesn't have one but I bet he is also thankful. :)
Thanks a lot in the name of all team members. Andreas Kainz and Rizal Muttaqin work really hard on these icons. All kudos to them.
It's such a pleasure to give what I can do for the community. This is my first "visible" contribution to an open source project. Thanksgiving and gratitude are more worthy especially for all design teams that always offer warm help.
And, I should have added my personal thanks and on behalf of the whole user base (if I may be so bold) to the whole LO team for the incredible work being done. Having been a user of such software from as far back as Wordstar on an Apple IIe, and the likes of VisiCalc, all I can say is you ladies and gents are absolutely marvellous. And, whilst I have no axe to grind with the paid-for lot, I do agree with Linus Torvalds that software is like air and water and should be free and accessible to all. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Maybe there should be a status that says "Thank You".
