I do not find how to setup automatic upgrade

Except, if you use distro-packaged LibreOffice, the “Check for Updates” option is most likely not available. (This is the case in Debian and Ubuntu.) The packagers disable the option because it would be redundant with your package manager, which allows you to update software.
