When I want to move a paragraph up or down by hot keys (strg+alt+cursor up or down) then the first time nothing happens (paragraph marked or not), on the second try all my three screens get black for about half a second, then everything looks exacty the same - no moves happend.

I am working now with LibreOffice 6.0.7.3 (x64), in this Version the problem does not occur (anymore?). So I am happy.
