Please see the attached document. I think it is very severe, cause indexes of pictures of older documents may be corrupted when saved with version 6.1.0.3

I'm sorry but I don't understand the problem.

I can open the file correctly ( I see the index and the 3 pictures ) in

Unfortunately without clear steps to reproduce it, we cannot track down the origin of the problem.
Please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
