Description:
Adding large header to a document more CPU hogging since LibO 5.4

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Cut the large header text
3. Paste the text again & monitor CPU usage (compare this with a version prior to 5.4

Actual Results:
Long CPU hogging process

Expected Results:
Small bump like LibO5.2 or 5.3


Reproducible: Always

The CPU numbers I'm seeing are too inaccurate for me to confirm or bibisect.
It would be great, if you could bibisect.
