Description Jon 2018-08-14 09:26:07 UTC
During presentation, with or without a projector/2nd monitor, if I revert to the previous slide, then move forward again to the slide I was on before, I get the following behavior:
  - When I move forward the animations no longer appear (they worked correctly before I went backwards to the previous slide). All the text appears at the same time.
  - When I click or use the down arrow, then the animations begin to appear, even though the text is already showing. For example, if I have a line that says, "Portugal is the finest country in Europe" with an "ascend" animation, it will already be showing on the screen, but when I click, I see the same words ascend until they merge with the already visible line.

I have "use anti-aliasing" and "Use OpenGL for all rendering" selected in options. This behavior is the same on two very different Windows 10 laptops.

confirm behavior from Description and with example from atach

Версия: 6.1.0.3 (x64)

IMHO, if we go to previous slide, then it should shows from scratch.

Comment 4 Jon 2018-08-17 16:29:35 UTC
Right. That's not really the problem here. What happens is that when we move forward again to the next slide, after having moved back a slide, everything shows immediately, as if there were no animations. When we click, the animations appear, even though the words are already on the screen.

Regression introduced by https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=57387eb30d07f15b1b2a798e0e4dcb0f4543945c, which is the same as in bug 104654.
