1. Type a large amount of text in cell A1, and less in cell B1. 2. Wrap both cells. 3. Add or remove a few characters in cell B1 and press enter. What should happen: Wrapping in cell A1 should stay the same. What happens instead: Wrapping in cell A1 changes, often sitting between two rows of text. Wrapping returns to normal once deactivated and reactivated.

You mentioned (in your duplicate report) that bug 112966 might be related. I still cannot reproduce it. When doing your steps (with the text from bug 112966), I did notice an irregularity in some cases: A1 did not expand to its full height in step 2. Yet, this was apparently a problem with a corrupt profile as running in Safe mode fixed it. Can you try running in Safe mode (Help - Restart in safe mode and then Continue in safe mode)? If that has no effect, please attach a screenshot of the problematic wrapping.
