Description:
Existing Program file
5.XX Save Background Image & Set Background Image -> That's good.
6.XX Save Background Image & Set Background Image
     -> Save Background Image -> That's good.
        Set Background Image -> bad.(Probably affected by the file type.)


Actual Results:
Existing program background image still exists when attempted

Expected Results:
The background of the existing program must be changed

User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Thank you for reporting the bug.
Unfortunately without clear steps to reproduce it, we cannot track down the origin of the problem.
Please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided
