Description Albert Acer 2018-08-20 14:11:07 UTC
Description:
When I use Notebook Bar in LibreOffice Writer 5.3, 5.4, 6.0 and 6.1 versions, spanish languaje version, I find translation errors when I go to 'Disposición' tab> 'Márgenes de Página'> 'Personalizado'. There is no translation into Spanish for 'Right', 'Top' and 'Bottom' margins. The correct spanish translation should be: 'Derecha' instead of 'Right'; 'Arriba' instead of 'Top'; 'Abajo' instead of 'Bottom'.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. LibreOffice Writer 6.1.0. Spanish Version.
2. Notebook Bar
3. 'Disposición' tab> 'Márgenes de Página'> 'Personalizado'

Actual Results:
1. LibreOffice Writer 6.1.0. Spanish Version.
2. Notebook Bar
3. 'Disposición' tab> 'Márgenes de Página'> 'Personalizado'
4. Right: incorrect translation for spanish version; Top: incorrect translation for spanish version; Bottom: incorrect translation for spanish version.

Expected Results:
1. LibreOffice Writer 6.1.0. Spanish Version.
2. Notebook Bar
3. 'Disposición' tab> 'Márgenes de Página'> 'Personalizado'
4. 'Izquierda' instead 'Left'; 'Derecha' instead 'Right'; 'Arriba' instead of 'Top'; 'Abajo' instead 'Bottom'

I am a user of Libreoffice Spanish versión. The correct translation into Spanish is necessary for users of Libreoffice, Spanish version.

Adolfo: thought you might be interested in this one since it concerns Spanish language issue in LO.
I haven't tested yet since I'm not at home with my laptop for the moment.

Solved for the next release, thanks!
Comment 5 Albert Acer 2018-08-21 12:18:35 UTC
Thank you very much.
This bug is also present in Libreoffice 6.0.6, in Writer, Spanish version. This same solution is necessary for the next version of LO (6.0.7), Spanish version.
Comment 6 Albert Acer 2018-08-21 12:27:03 UTC
The above because LO 6.0.7 will be the next stable release, considering that LO 6.1 still needs some months to be considered stable.
Comment 7 Adolfo Jayme Barrientos 2018-08-21 12:38:51 UTC
Yes, done that too now, thanks.

But note that the “Fresh” series *is* also considered stable. The “Still” channel is, of course, more tested than Fresh as it has had more exposure and bug fixes. Maybe we should rename “Still” in Spanish to something else.
