Steps for repro using Writer Sidebar:

1) Open Sidebar with Menu > View > Sidebar or Ctrl+F5
2) Open Properties deck
3) Click on Character panel title
4) Press Tab key
Focus is now on More Options tool box
5) Move mouse pointer on to More Options tool box and then off

Results: Focus highlight is removed

Expected Results: Focus highlight in not removed
