Description:
Settings turns to default after log off 
Memory per Object to 20 MB and check "Enable systray Quickstarter".

I am making above changes but it is getting set default after log off.

We are disabling the java runtime environment but it is getting enable after logoff


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set mmemory to 20 MB log off the session and value will get set to default 12 MB
2.

Actual Results:
Settings turns to default after log off 
Memory per Object to 20 MB and check "Enable systray Quickstarter".

I am making above changes but it is getting set default after log off.

We are disabling the java runtime environment but it is getting enable after logoff


Expected Results:
Customised value should persist

5.4 branch is EOL.

Please give a try to a recent LO version 6.0.6 or brand new 6.1.0
