Description:
No drag & drop between table cells in Draw/Impress

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Insert a table
3. Type something into a cell, say Hello
4. Select Hello
5. Drag hello to a different cell

Actual Results:
Not working

Expected Results:
Should be working. Similar to Writer


Reproducible: Always
