Perhaps the following extension is able to solve your problem (but I'm not sure)?

AltSearch – shortcut creation instruction

Latest release installed successfully (v.1.4.2, released Mar 24, 2017). Nevertheless invoking keys Ctrl + H calls still the built-in Find & replace tool instead of the installed one.

The current instruction do not apply to Libreoffice:

How is this a dupe of 38261?

Also, reporter - can you clarify how the Ctrl+F10 functionality (which makes formatting marks visible) relates to what you want to do with the F&R dialog?

From the description it sounds like the goal was to replace paragraph ends with spaces, which is typical in various cases like cleaning up content copied from PDFs or emails.
