Description:
When opening a spreadsheet I cannot see wish cell is selected
Only the side rules shows the position off the selected cell exp C25
Column and Row headers are showing the position off the selected cell

Steps to Reproduce:
1.selected a cell and there is no highlighted cell

Actual Results:
the to editing cell should be highlighted 

Expected Results:
the cell is not highlighted


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes
