In LibreOffice 6.2, MySQL C++ Connector has been replaced by MariaDB C connector, see https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=3478d7453a3d65b3d8d164e8f898a0b79f005c58 and all commits done by Tamas with prefix 'mysqlc' -> https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/log/?qt=grep&q=mysqlc

If the meta doesn't point to open bugs, shouldn't it be closed?

Okay, can be done. But maybe there are bugs coming? A closed META won't be found by someone who searches for it to add a bug.

Just my personal opinion:
META bugs are useless, worse it generates even more bugtrackers (just take a look at the number of them). IMHO just using the Keywords field should be sufficient.
