Steps to Reproduce:
1. install the hebrew langpack
2. write LC_ALL=he_IL.UTF8 libreoffice n.odp inside tmux in konsole.
3.

Actual Results:
unicode junk

Expected Results:
hebrew characters


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Remember the Libreoffice should not already be running, or the LC_ setting will probably be ignored.

Hi Shlomi Fish,
Since you are using kde5, Do you reproduce this problem if you launch LibreOffice like  SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 soffice?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' once retested with gtk3.

It now works fine with or without the gtk3 flag. It was possibly a transient problem.
