Description:
In general, in dialogs we can access all settings using only the keyboard. Mostly using TAB and arrow keys. However in the Insert Caption dialog we can't reach three comboboxes: Category, Numbering, Position, so we can't change this settings using keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert Table
3. Right click in the table -> Insert Caption
4. Move the focus with TAB

Actual Results:
We can't set Category, Numbering and Position with keyboard only, since using TAB just jump over these items.

Expected Results:
TAB-ing through the dialog the focus should stop at the comboboxes too.
