Description:
Hi,
The subject says it all.  There is NO icon on the desktop for LibreOffice.  
Running Windows 10.  Oh, that must be it....  REALLY.  Waiting to hear from you.  I won't hold my breath!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. There is NO icon on the desktop for LibreOffice.  When it was installed, it deleted the icon.  Why?  Hmm, maybe I will go with OpenOffice and live with that!

No Icon.


Expected Results:
Expected to see an icon for OpenOffice.
Was able to create a "generic" icon - really PLAIN.  What a waste of time!!

Rerunning the installer may resolve things.

But in fact, LibreOffice Windows MSI installer has a method to lay down a desktop Icon during installations and upgrades. It is know to work correctly. We would need to see a verbose log, msiexec.exe /i install with with a /L*v flag.

Icons selected cross platform for desktop launchers are a GNOME styled rendering of the ODF document types. On Wincdows the normal default icon is the generic wite "Document", with launcher for each module its styalized ODF type.

Need info to OP to provide a verbose install log from installation when no LibreOffice icon is laid down and prior icon is removed.
