Description dobreleva50 2018-09-23 08:15:01 UTC
I use spredsheets with data for one month. Each of them contains a number of sheets equal to the days of the corresponding month, and every seet has a single graph with 3 curves.
And now the Problem.
While working with 20 sheets+graphs or less, no problem while saving the spreadsheet: if I save/close and after I reopen, I find the graphs in a correct way, independently from the number of graphs I have created without intermediate savings.
If I have more than 20 graphs, I must save AND CLOSE the file every time I create A SINGLE new graph: if I do not do so, when I reopen the file, I find that a set of graphs are disappeared!
In addition, I inform you that the operations of saving/closing and opening a spreadsheet are now signficantly more slower then before.

Please what file format do you use to save, ods, xls, xlsx, other?

Can you attach a sample file to test (it will be public), and the step by step how to reproduce the issue.

The file is .xlsx

It's not simple to do what you ask to me, as the file I use takes a lot of time (about 3/4 hour) for creating the number of graphs necessary to reveal the misfunctionment. I'm trying with a file more simple then that I use, but it doesn't seem to react in the same way.

I have just discovered that with files .xls all works well, with no limitation. So I have abandoned the idea of using .xlsx files, and consequently I'm not anymore interested to solve the descripted problem that, for me, has only an academic importance.
