Comments bar next to the ruler at the left side instead of right

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://oval.mitre.org/language/version5.10.1/OVAL_Unix_Component_Specification.04-04-2012.docx
2. Select everything (CTRL+A a few times)
3. CTRL+X
4. CTRL+Z

Actual Results:
Comments heading (in the ruler) at the left side (instead of right)

Expected Results:
Right

once you do CTRL+Z, if you wait a bit, the comment label will move the left.

it's difficult to triage this bug, in previous versions it crashes undoing the cut action.
in LibreOffice 3.3 it even crashes at import time...

You're right. I also could reproduce it with LO 4.4.7.2
