Description perie_gut 2018-09-30 13:00:46 UTC
after updrading my LO to 6.1.1 under windows 7 64 bit, I cannot access it already. I have to revert back to the latest 6.0 stable version.

How to reproduce:

1. Install the 6.1.1 or 6.1.2 64 bit versions in windows 7.
2. Open LO. The user cannot proceed for the reason that LO is not responding

have you tried to start with a new user profile?

Hi,

I have deleted the entire libreoffice folder (from appdata ) but still encounter the same issue.

On the latest build (6.2, 6.1), it took almost a minute before I can access the Quick Center or after opening the file.

Does it also crash with a master build: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@42/current/
It installs alongside your normal installation.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
