Description:
Selecting all text (⌘A) while entering text in the Help menu selects all in the open document on macOS. In other words, the document is receiving keyboard shortcuts when the search field in the Help menu is receiving the input.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document with some text in it.
2. Open the Help menu and enter some text into the search field.
3. Press ⌘A to select all text in the search field.

Actual Results:
All text in the active document is selected.

Expected Results:
The text in the Help menu search field should be selected.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

This is yet another instance of the modal / non-modal dialog/window issue all over again.
