Daniel, I think it is obviously, that the odt-file is not correct. But I think there are different bugs. And for every diferent bug a different bug report is needed. Have you checked, if your problem already has been reported. For example look at meta bug 104449, meta bug 104468. I think you should narrow down the problem.

I tried to narrow down to one problem: I opened the brochure and deleted everything except group drawing "group 51" (blue rectangle and blue dots in page one). Position is 0,00 cm from left to entire page. If you change it to 0,00 cm from right to entire page, you get the same result as in Word. So Daniel, I confirm this bug and change bug to NEW. But I think you have to open a separate bug for each problem.
