Description shadwolf16 2018-10-12 12:49:42 UTC
Description:
When I try to open up LibreOffice it doesn't open at all. It'll bring up the splash screen loading, and then immediately crash after that. Trying to run from Terminal CLI shows me the following error;

: CommandLine Error: Option 'limited-coverage-experimental' registered more than once!
LLVM ERROR: inconsistency in registered CommandLine options

this was installed from the maintainers repository for Linux Mint 19, office productivity suite (metapackage), Ubuntu Developers <ubuntu-devel-discuss@lists.ubuntu.com> version 1:6.0.6-0ubuntu0.18.04.1

This happens for the entire LibreOffice suite I try to load up. Writer, Calc, Impress, Base, Draw, Math. I have tried to reinstall the software packages for each one, but nothing changes, it's just the same error every time.

Actual Results:
Application fails to load because of the error outlined above.

Expected Results:
Option 'limited-coverage-experimental' should only be registered once, not multiple times.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
No further information is available on the error.

Any better with a more recent LO version? Last one is 6.1.2 and may be found in LO ppa.

I would report it to Mint.
