Created attachment 145715 [details] I can't enter in this option [ES] Pienso, quizá me equivoque: ¿El problema no podría ser con algo relacionado al idioma de LibreOffice? [EN] I think, maybe I'm wrong: Could not the problem be with something related to the LibreOffice language? - AutoCorrect causes cause to close or stop responding. - Try to modify language options (screen capture), cause it to close or stop responding.
[EN] I'll bother again: I installed LibO with the installer in English (adding it as an additional language). Now there is no crash or attempt to access the autocorrection or trying to change something of the language. But, the autocorrect options are broken. As you will see, they are replaced with a square. That happens with all the options that involve an emoji or something similar. BUT... (because there is always a "but") continues the problem when opening a password protected Calc file.
Not reproducible in and older versión: Versión: 6.0.6.2 (x64) Id. de compilación: 0c292870b25a325b5ed35f6b45599d2ea4458e77 Subprocs. CPU: 4; SO: Windows 10.0; Repres. IU: GL; Configuración regional: es-AR (es_AR); Calc: CL Reproducible in portable versión for 6.1.1. In 6.0.6 the emojis and autocorrections inserts a White carácter (or a box in some fonts).
[EN] I still can not understand why, but in a Telegram group of LibreOffice in Spanish some users suggested me to uninstall some typographies installed by me. In doing so, everything worked perfectly. I installed again one by one to detect the Font who caused the conflict and found that: - Helvetica LT Std (in OTF format) - Helvetica Neue (in TTS format) and another group of independent sources (from free download websites), generated all the problems related to the closure and everything else. I leave the report open in case there is something to be added by the experts or if this can be solved so that it does not generate problems in other users.
I installed Helvetica LT Std from http://www.ephifonts.com/free-helvetica-font-helvetica-lt-std-complete.html and I everything is still fine Versión: 6.1.2.1 Id. de compilación: 65905a128db06ba48db947242809d14d3f9a93fe Subprocs. Are you sure those fonts do not have any kind of issue? Have you tried to download those font fresh, as commented in #12
(In reply to m.a.riosv from comment #14) > Are you sure those fonts do not have any kind of issue? > > Have you tried to download those font fresh, as commented in #12 My answer was No. 13. I installed the one that they indicate me and it fails. I have not tried other fonts of other origins, but something strange happens.
I buy an SSD. Installed on my PC, install Windows from zero, install Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver; install CorelDraw and my fonts... The same with before LibreOffice works and install LibO 6.1.3. The emojis was lost. The problems is the fonts? What fonts? Unistall all my fonts, works. I don't understand. Before Works, not now.
Dear Leandro, A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
It seems that the problem was solved throughout the new versions. So it could be said that it is solved. I downloaded the shared file that caused problems and opened it without any problems.
