1. Create new LO Calc Document
2. Insert -> Headers and Footers

Actual Results:
Option 'Headers and Footers' is disabled

Expected Results:
Option 'Headers and Footers' is enabled and working

This is not a bug. it got disabled in 6.2 by default -> bug 99296
