New presentation with undesired objects

Just after updating to 6.1.2.1, when creating a new presentation, template starts with two undesired blue rectangles at the botton that cannot (or I just don't know how to) be removed. See attached snapshot.

Yes, this is a problem introduced in 6.1.2.1 and it's already fixed in 6.1.3.1
