Example of poorly scaled and miscolored icons

There are two problems with all icon sets/themes. 

1) Regardless of selected icon size or theme, the icons scale inappropriately and are quite pixelated.

2) Icon colours in some cases are rendering inverse or otherwise inappropriately (see attached picture)

Problem exists whether using OpenGL or not.

Have tried fiddling with Win10 high DPI scaling behaviour settings; does not effect icon issue.

Text and other elements render smooth and sharp as you would hope.

FYI - the scaled icons are cached. If you have broken icons, you have to clean the cache from your user settings, by deleting the icon set subfolders in %appdata%\LibreOffice\4\cache.
