right-click menu placement

Running gnome on wayland, the right-click context menu in all components of LO is not paced by the cursor, but instead in the middle of the screen. this is most obvious when clicking in the right sidebar, e.g. right-clicking a style in the styles listing in order to edit it. THe menu appears mid-screen instead of directly by hte cursor.

Recent Arch Linux, gnome 3.30, but this bug has been persistent through several versions of gnome and LO, I just have taken a long time to get around to posting it :-)

Looks like it might be related to https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=116941 though I am seeing this behaviour on a laptop with a single screen.

I am also seeing this issue with Libreoffice 6.1.2.1 running on Wayland (Fedora 29). It "seems" to be OK on my one screen laptop, but when running on my multi-monitor desktop (with MUCH higher resolutions) the right-click context menu is all over the place.

Can replicate in Calc and Writer. The issue doesn't appear in other applications such as Firefox, Hexchat, Rhythmbox, etc.

Hi Matt Price,
Could you please try it in LibreOffice 6.2.0.2 from https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/GetInvolved#Test_Pre-releases ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
