Description CTAC 2018-11-02 09:52:56 UTC
Description:
Envelope form on C6 paper size prints incorrectly (landscape/portrait mode sets incorrectly)
same problem with B6 paper size
When I'm trying to create envelope form with C4/C5/DL paper size, everything is fine

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new text document with C6 (162x114mm) paper size
2. Try to print it
3. System always confuses landscape/portrait mode

Actual Results:
half of the document is printed vertically on paper placed horizontally

Expected Results:
document fits the paper (document should follow paper orientation)

Reproducible: Always

CTAC : ideally, we'd need a test document in order to try and reproduce this.

Please also indicate your system locale settings, and any LO langpacks that you might be using.
Comment 4 CTAC 2018-11-07 09:24:41 UTC
My installation always contains additional Czech Language pack, followed by Russian language pack

CTAC :

Thanks for the document files, I notice that they are MSWord (so Word97 or earlier):

 - does the same problem occur with an ODF Writer document ?
 - which printer are you printing to ?

I'm trying to determine whether this is a DOC filter issue or a printing issue.
