Description:
Have been having this problem and a problem with printing from Libre Office since June after updating the software.  Updated the software again this last week and was excited that everything was working correctly, however, the same problem has reappeared.

Actual Results:
Have to rename the file or print to PDF.

Expected Results:
This works but has to be completed for every edit on all files.

Thank you for reporting the bug. 

To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

if the problem still occurs, please add a detailed description how the bug can be reproduced (your operation system, installed libreoffice version).

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. 
Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested info is provided.

Operating system is Windows 10 and Libre Office Version is 6.1.

Changing the User profile did not help.
