Open a new Draw-file.
Try Insert > Image and choose a *.png-file, for example

The following error appears: "Unknown image format".

Open a new Writer-file.
Try Insert > Image for every *.png-file. Works as expected.
Copy this file with Ctrl+C and paste it to the Draw-file.
Works.

Note: The file of the attachment has been created in GIMP, imported to Writer, copied to Draw, exported from Draw. Draw "knows" the image format for export, but doesn't "know" it for import.

Bug appears in LO 6.1.3.2 64bit rpm Linux.

I can't reproduce it in

Configuració local: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded

To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

You are right. Have set back the profile and it works. But I'm shure I haven't got this error the first time. Would be good to find what happens in the userprofile to stop import of *.png-files in Draw.

I will set this to "Worksforme". Will reopen it if I could reproduce the steps to the error with a new profile.
