Description: LibreOffice seems to hang on the splash screen for up to two minutes when starting. This happens on two systems since upgrading to 6.1. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start LibreOffice. 2. 3. Actual Results: The splash screen appears, the progress bar gets to about half-way, and then you have to wait for a while (quite a while). This didn't happen before. For me the programme gets to the splash logo and then freezes for 15 seconds, no disk activity and no processor activity, it's waiting for something. I custom disabled online update in the last install so it's not that. Win7 64bit LO v6.1.3 and V6.1.0 This is on a machine with i7 16gb ram and fast SSD.

My apologies for the late reply. I'd tried to reply by email but then learned that isn't supported. It still occurs if OpenGL is disabled, and in safe mode. It takes a little less time in safe-mode, but still takes quite a while longer than normal.
