日本語訳インターフェース（LibreOffice_6.1.3_MacOS_x86-64_langpack_ja.dmg）をインストールした Libre Office のツールバーで、カーソルを合わせると出る説明が文字化けしている。

バージョン: 6.1.1.2以上のバグかと思われます。次回アップデートに期待します。

For the test, could you give a try to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps

Also, did you install any specific fonts? If yes, could you disable temporarily and give a new try?
