I read the links but they didn't seem to be relevant. I am wondering if you're here to put up some spam.

I get the link from another report about the same problem. You can check them all here: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/buglist.cgi?list_id=864496&query_format=advanced&short_desc=0xc000007b&short_desc_type=allwordssubstr Good luck with it. You won't get more spam from me...
Thanks, I'll check it out.
Hi, Alex, Sorry to jump in between but I want to suggest you one solution and i.e. Reintalling Microsoft .NET framework I have resolved this same error with this. Please check it and let me know if this works or not.
What version? I have two versions listed in my Control Panel Settings.
Hlo, Alex this is what you are asking for. You have to select Microsoft .NET framework 4.5.2 version.
Ok. I tried that but it didn't happen so. Microsoft said that you need administrator rights.
Then, check your hardware because I don't know any other method to solve this problem.
Are you sure it is not anything else?
Hi Alex, I think you should try the following fix - https://validedge.com/application-unable-start-correctly/
Thanks, I'll try it for sure.
