Sometimes, the window below "Unäre/Binäre Operatoren", "Relationen", "Mengenoperationen", ..., "Formatierungen", "Sonstiges", "Beispiele" - in English about "unary/binary operators", "relations", "set operations", ..., "formatting", "miscellaneous", "examples" - remains empty.
Sometimes, the resulting formula is distorted, not within one line but extended to several lines.
As for me, the severity is criticla: I'll move to another version.
If you need more precise information, I'll try to reproduce the errors on demand.

Most likely a duplicate of bug 119302.
It will be fixed in LibreOffice 6.1.4
