Description:
Outer table gone after redo

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a table (2x2)
2. insert a 2x2 table inside A1 
3. Type something into A1 of the embedded table
4. CTRL+A 
5. CTRL+A
6. CTRL+X
7. CTRL+Z

Actual Results:
Only the embedded table is around

Expected Results:
Undo to the initial state

I mixed up something; proper steps
1. Insert a table (2x2)
2. insert a 2x2 table inside A1 
3. Type something into A1 of the embedded table
4. CTRL+A (3x) (when inside A1 of the embedded table)
5. CTRL+X
6. CTRL+V

In 3.5.0, it was not yet possible to select all like that (not even with mouse). Repro in 4.3.0 on Win 10.
