Description Pierre Rudloff 2018-11-29 10:25:22 UTC
Hello,

We host LOO (loolwsd 3.4.1 and LOKit 5.3-60 on Ubuntu 16.04) and ownCloud on two separate servers.

We recently had an IPv6 connectivity issue on the server hosting LOO.
ownCloud (well, the browser) successfully falls back to IPv4 when the LOO server does not ping over IPv6.
However, when trying to fetch the document, the LOO server seems to retry multiple times connecting over IPv6 but never falls back to IPv4 and ultimately gives up.
I suppose this behavior could be improved.

Hello Pierre Rudloff,
Are you still able to reproducible this problem with the latest version of LibreOffice Online?

Sorry, I switched jobs since then so I don't use LOO anymore.

While I don't know how to set up an environment to test this, I think I saw something similar in the past on a server, so let's set to confirmed.
